Tom Donatacci
Executive Vice President of Sales and Marketing

Mr. Donatacci is Executive Vice President of Sales and Marketing and is responsible for the company wide sales and marketing effort.  Prior to joining Clayton, Mr. Donatacci served as the Senior Managing Director of Fee Based Servicing at GMAC Rescap.  In this role, he was responsible for the leadership and management of third party business, including traditional mortgage servicing, special servicing, REO, recovery, foreclosure servicing and master servicing. Prior to GMAC Rescap, Mr. Donatacci held senior roles at Lehman Brothers / Cohane Rafferty and GMAC Mortgage.

Mr. Donatacci holds a Bachelor’s degree from Rutgers University, NJ and an MBA from the W. Paul Stillman School of Business – Seton Hall University, NJ.
